Delivery area
Local delivery is offered across selected parts of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Placing an order is a request until the ROTA Farms team confirms your address, delivery timing and any applicable fee.
At handoff
Living basil should be accepted promptly and kept away from extreme heat or cold. If nobody is available, we will use the delivery instructions when it is safe to do so or contact you to arrange another handoff.
Quality guarantee
Inspect your plant when it arrives. If it was damaged in transit or does not meet the expected fresh condition, contact us within 24 hours with the order number and clear photos. We will review the issue for a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.
Change an order
Use the contact page or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Because plants are harvested and packed to order, changes after packing or dispatch may not be possible. Wholesale delivery terms are confirmed separately in the quote.
