Information we collect

When you place an order, request a quote or contact ROTA Farms, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, company and message. Our checkout never stores payment-card numbers; eligible online payments are completed on Shopify Checkout.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfill and deliver orders, send confirmations and invoices, answer messages, prepare wholesale quotes, prevent abuse and maintain business records. Essential session cookies keep the cart and secure forms working.

Service providers

Information may be processed by our hosting, email, address-suggestion, delivery and payment providers only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and choices
