Orders and availability

All orders are subject to stock, delivery-area and timing confirmation. Living plants naturally vary in shape and leaf size. We may contact you to clarify an address, delivery window or substitution before confirming an order.

Prices and payment

Prices and delivery charges shown at checkout apply when the order is placed. Cash-on-delivery orders are payable at handoff. Online payments, when enabled, are processed by Shopify under its checkout terms; card details are not handled by this website.

Delivery and cancellations

Please provide a reachable phone number and safe handoff location. Contact us promptly if delivery details change. Orders already harvested, packed or dispatched may not be cancellable. Our current delivery and quality policy forms part of these terms.

Site use

ROTA Farms branding, photography and site content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
